First of all Happy New Year everybody. Hope you all had a good time.
Little Bear went back to school this morning, I didn't get up until 8.20 because of all the late nights we have had recently, so it was a bit of a rush this morning but I did manage to get her to school on time. She didn't go to bed until 4.00 in the morning so I am surprised she got up at all. She has gone to bed now though because she is tired, I am hoping she has gone to sleep, I will go up and check in a few minutes, anyway fingers crossed.
Bear 1 got home safely from his girlfriends, which is a relief, and he had a good time, which is good.
I am trying to tidy up the house after the devestation of Christmas and New Year. The ironing pile has become Mount Everest I think. And the washing basket has taken on the personality of mount vesuvius and keeps disgracing itself by spitting washing all over the floor. Anyway I did a bit of ironing today so just about another five baskets to go now. (OH Happy Day)
Hubby is also fast asleep becuase he hasn't got much sleep lately, so I think I am going to turn in myself while the house is quiet and make the most of it.

Is it me or are kids seeming to go back to school earlier after xmas than we did in our day?
My younger two are back to school in the morning but the elder one not until monday due to training days so we'er hitting the town tomorrow girl stlye tomorrow...lunch in posh caf ect

I thought they went back earlier than usual. Little Bear went back on the third, which seemed awfully early. I seem to remember they go back on the sixth or something like that but, what the hey, Im not complaining :)
Even bear 1 went back to college on the fourth and they normally go back later than the schools.
